I had a little panic attack on Saturday afternoon following the realisation that I had worn out all of my shoes sufficiently that I don't have any to wear to like, well anything including to Fashion Mavericks the weekend after next so I decided to take a little time out to go shoe shopping. These are the result!

I've already worn them out and even through they have a heel, because they are wedged they are so comfy!

They can be purchased HERE!
The second thing I got up to this weekend (aside from watching Legally Blond, thanks Amy!) was I broke out the art supplies and did some drawing for the first time in since my GCSE exams. It was a nice feeling. I think I may spend some more time on my art, but on some of my collage, illustration and graffiti work...
This is the sort of boring drawing stuff I had to do for exams. I wasn't brilliant, but not THAT bad...

Sorry its such a bad quality picture above, its actually a photograph of quite a big work, that took me about 6 hours and was the final piece for my exam. Its painted onto a graffiti board, the tattoos are done in permanent marker and I drew the headphones in photoshop and they are printed out on glossy paper and stuck on...

I think I may try some more illustrations like this one that was part of my preparatory work for the big piece. You may recognise it as a picture of alternative model Audrey Kitching. The exam question was 'Colour' and I was looking into colour in urban culture.
What's your favourite type of artwork?
